Enter a Virtual Metropolis with this interactive artwork which combines animation with video games inviting you to control and explore surreal environments.

HEY APATHY! is an ongoing artistic investigation into people, the city, and existence in general. Mike Parsons uses black and white ink drawings, comic books, street art, murals, and animations in order to create works that are simultaneously intellectually provocative as well as accessible to viewers of all ages. Since 2002 Mike has completed over 10 major exhibitions and won numerous awards including honors from the Canada Council for the Arts, the Ontario Arts Council, the Toronto Arts Council and the Art Gallery of Ontario. 

Mike Parsons is an award winning media artist who uses cartoon and comic book imagery to express an optimistic warning towards our future.
