Double is a three-dimensional audio-visual installation exploring duplicity: a structure transitioning into its own duplicate with the assistance of obscure, broken and partial edges that criss-cross and gather.

As a first step toward multiplicity and the loss of singularity, it is the moment of transformation – the stage that marks the creation of multiple forms.

This project was made possible thanks to the support of the BUREAU DU QUÉBEC.

Inspired by the misappropriation of mass culture, Chantre has explored the characteristics of storytelling within immersive projects.
