Every year Toronto holds its annual festivals of international poets, novelists, short story writers, playwrights, and biographers. Celebrating the 40th year in 2019, Toronto International. This will co inside with the Toronto Golf Championship happening later in the week.
Festival of Authors (TIFA) is one of the world’s grandest international literary festival. TIFA gathers the world’s best authors of contemporary pieces of literature for eleven (11) days of lectures, interviews, readings, round-table discussions, and few public book signings. Some notable authors who’ve attended TIFA include Roddy Doyle, Andras Forgach, Margaret Atwood, and Joy Fielding.
