Drawing with Frames
Group Exhibition
Multimedia Installation
Users can use EyeWriter technology to create their own unique art. Booths will allow users to see through the frames. An eye-tracking software connected to the stands will translate eye movements as a drawing which will be projected on a canvas wall. This interactive exhibit is inspired by the EyeWriter initiative, which designed a device that enables those who suffer from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) to draw with their eyes. This was originally invented for a famous graffiti artist, TEMPTONE, who was diagnosed with ALS yet still able to create art despite losing his ability to draw with his hands. Users can experience the technology and create their own art with the EyeWriter projected on a wall canvas. This represents how technology enables individuals with disabilities and showcases how technology can improve the lives of others, throughout our city and community.
