2015 Project Submission Portal

Thank you for being a part of Scotiabank Nuit Blanche 2015.

This secure Portal is designed to collect information that will be used to promote your project and the overall event in all Scotiabank Nuit Blanche marketing material, including the event guide, map, signs, website, mobile site and any correspondence with the media.

Before You Start

  1. Read and consent to the Terms of Use.
  2. You must complete the full submission process by midnight on May 14, 2015. As of May 15 this Portal will be locked. You will only be able to view your submission.
  3. You may complete each step in any order you choose, although we recommend that you proceed in the order as presented.
  4. Remember to save your work using the save button located at the bottom of each section of the Portal.
  5. You can leave this Portal and return later to add more information, as long as you submit your project before the final deadline of May 14.
  6. When all sections of your submission have been completed in full, click the Submit My Project button at the bottom of your Dashboard. You must click this button to officially submit your project for review and approval.
  7. Once your project has been submitted, City of Toronto staff will review your content. You will be contacted via email or by the phone with any questions.
  8. If you don't receive any correspondance from the City of Toronto staff, your project submission has been approved.
  9. When this Portal is re-opened mid-August, you may edit some fields for the digital promotion content but not for the print material as these promotional pieces will already be in production.
