A group of Toronto-based artists present new video work based on the overall theme of the "Midnight Movie".

Each of the five videos in the program run between 10 and 25 minutes and offer the viewer each artist's unique
perspective on the phenomenon of the midnight movie. The "midnight movie" in the cinema dates back as far as the
1930's and has generally consisted of programming exploitation and genre films such as horror and science fiction. The
artists explore the tropes, themes and imagery of these genres in their own unique way. Viewers will
see a wide array of interpretations of this theme throughout the program. Grab some popcorn, sit back, and enjoy the show on the Big Screen!
