Within each object lies its own intrinsic potential to be destroyed: ice melts, paper burns, chocolate gets eaten.  In this strolling performance the artist will walk around inviting passersby to eat, burn, smash or otherwise destroy small, carefully made objects. What is gained and what is lost when we overcome the ingrained urge to 'keep' things and open ourselves up to transformative and liberating acts?
